Happy Holidays!

This month I am doing something special for my Holiday.... urm... special.

Historically, I have always tried to do something special for the holidays. Sometimes I only have time for a one shot... sometimes I go nuts and create a board game or foldable toy that you can print (all of these trinkets can be found if you click the 'gift-box' below the strip above)! Never have I been able to dedicate an entire month to them, though. Since I wrapped things up nicely in the Link intro story arc just before December, now seemed like the perfect time to do exactly that!

In case you haven't noticed, I am a big fan of the funny music. You might have glommed onto that by all the Weird Al references I sneak into the comic titles or backgrounds. Heck, I have even had a number one performer on the doctor Demento show guest star in a story arc (thank you again to the wonderfully talented Insane Ian).

One of the greatest novelty (comedy) musicians of all time, Tom Lehrer, released his entire library of songs to the public domain a few years ago. I have been dying to adapt one into a comic for some time. He has a lovely tongue in cheek Christmas song that I have always loved and it fits nicely into the eight Tuesdays and Thursdays available to me between now and Christmas (or the 27th, at least). So away we go!

Enjoy Tom Lehrer's "A Christmas Carol" as you have never heard it before. Because it is in comic form and there is no sound.

I am a huge!
